Eagle Body Works is a family-owned and operated collision repair business in Greenville, South Carolina. Owners Dan and Carol Doot with sons Chris and Daniel, along with an experienced staff, bring over 50 years of automotive expertise to upstate
South Carolina.

Sadly, our eldest son, Jeffrey David Doot, passed in 2021. Jeff was a seasoned veteran in automotive training and a true enthusiast of both European performance and American muscle cars. Although we so wish Jeff could be with us on this journey, his memory and spirit live within us in our work and our lives every day.

Dan was literally born into the business, learning the trade from his brothers and father in their family-owned paint and body shop. After college, Dan would transfer his skills to implement the original dealer paint and body repair training programs at Mercedes-Benz of North America. Dan would then be recruited by neighboring automaker BMW of North America to implement collision repair and paint training for dealership personnel. The BMW Paint and Body Repair Training program would soon expand to include collision center development, the BMW CCRC program, the BMW insurance program, the STEP apprenticeship program, paint and body project management for BMW AG (Munich, Germany 1991-1994) and concluding as the Technical Repair Manager at BMW Performance Center in Greer, SC.

Post-BMW retirement, Dan has worked on facility auditing projects for Volkswagen, Audi, Honda, and Acura. He has also developed the high-voltage electric
vehicle program for Porsche Cars of North America.
