| What is the difference between aftermarket and OEM parts? |
| Aftermarket parts are parts that have been produced by other manufacturers (not your original vehicle manufacturer) for your vehicle. OEM stands for original equipment manufacturer. Many insurers have specific policies regarding the use of aftermarket parts. They usually are contingent upon the year and mileage of your vehicle. Our experience with aftermarket parts has been very extensive. At Eagle Body Works, whether the parts used to repair your vehicle are OEM or aftermarket, our primary concern is about the quality of the repair. If you have any other questions regarding this issue, please contact us directly.
